Prerequisite for ATP CTP Course

It meets at least one of the following requirements:

Commercial pilot’s license with instrument rating.
Is eligible under 61.73 for a commercial pilot certificate and instrument rating if the person is, or was, a rated military pilot of an Armed Forces of the United States.
Holds a foreign airline transport pilot license with instrument privileges or a foreign commercial pilot license with an instrument rating issued by a contracting State to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and contains no geographical limitation.
